Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with The Maraca Shop. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery within the United States is typically 3-7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.

Domestic shipping
We ship throughout the United States via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Any free or flat-rate shipping promotions, when available, will be shown at checkout.

International shipping
We may offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, damaged, or delayed shipments
